My kidney function isn’t great, and my doctor told me I need to monitor my creatinine levels regularly. So, I started looking for a device that could test creatinine levels at home. However, I quickly realized one major downside—they’re all quite expensive! (Maybe that’s just my problem, haha.)

The lancets do not go deep enough and the blood stops before the pipette is full. Plus you can’t turn the machine on bc it shuts off by the time you finally get enough blood. You need the lancet like you have in the Hemoglobin test. I was using 4-5 lancets per test just to get enough blood.

For optimal results, we recommend pressing the lancet firmly against the finger when using it. This should help generate a sufficient blood sample.

A high Creatinine blood level, got me concerned. I an unable to get my Creatinine blood level tested at the Doctor's office, unless they order the test. That left me wondering about what I should do. Well, with these Creatinine test strips, I can take care of that testing, all within the privacy of my own home.
