What is triglyceride?
Triglyceride (TG) is an organic substance that is a component of lipids, a fat molecule formed by glycerol and 3 molecules of long-chain fatty acids.

How to lower triglycerides?

Moderate exercise. Regular physical exercise helps to reduce weight and can also directly lower triglycerides. In addition, doctors recommend that if triglycerides are ≥ 5.65 mmol/L, lipid-lowering medication is required.
