How to switch the measurements units on screen of Blood Lipid Analysis Meter from mmol/L to mg/dL and vice-versa? What is the sequence of buttons for this?

Very Disappointed!

I bought this meter because I believed it to be accurate as advertised, well it wasn't accurate at all. My husband had his bloodwork done for cholesterol yesterday and before we went we tested it at home to compare the results. Later in the day we received his results and became saddened because this meter wasn't just a little off, it was over 60 mg/dl off. Now we're stuck with an expensive meter and supplies that are useless to us. :(

Very Accurate, And Smarter Than Me, Today!

Using this Cholesterol meter, I ran a Test on my blood. The results? My Total Cholesterol, and HDL Cholesterol, were both within medical limits, but my Triglycerides were LOW. What does that mean? I checked the instruction manual, and it said to repeat the test, and contact my Doctor. I repeated the Test, twice, and got the same result twice. My Triglycerides were LOW. I used another Cholesterol meter, from a different manufacturer to verify things. Sure enough, that Test indicated that my Triglycerides were LESS than 50. LOW Triglycerides are OK, and there was NO need to contact my Doctor. Proof that the Cholesterol Meter LPM-101 was indeed ACCURATE. I just hate it, when a machine is SMARTER than me, but that is how my morning began. Anyway, I was quite pleased to learn than my Cholesterol numbers are within medical limits. Peace Of Mind!

Three Blood Cholesterol Tests With A Single: Finger Prick & Test Strip

I've used other Blood Cholesterol meters where you need to use individual finger pricks, and individual Cholesterol Test strips, for each type of test: HDL Cholesterol, Total Cholesterol, and Triglycerides. From those figures, LDL Cholesterol, VLDL Cholesterol, and Non-HDL Cholesterol can easily be calculated. With that being said, this Blood Lipid Analysis Meter makes things even: Easier, Quicker, Cheaper, and LESS Painful, too. The ability to do ALL 3 tests, with a single Blood sample, and a single Cholesterol Test strip, means that you only need to prick your finger ONCE, in order to test your Blood Cholesterol. Less painful. Yes! Fewer Cholesterol Test strips to purchase. Great!! All things considered, I LOVE this meter!!!

Why is my reading coming out lower?

If your reading seems lower than expected, the most common reason is that the blood sample was too small. Please fill the Capillary Transfer Tube until the blood reaches the black line at the top.
