Not equivalent to model 101

I have not been able to get the same results - this meter shows considerably lower. Will try to find the reasons. But otherwise, the meter operates well and the blood collection process is easier.

Does the unit test Ferritin levels in the blood?

Hi. Do the test strips expire and stop working? How accurate are the results?

Hope you’re doing well. Thanks for your questions about our test strips and hemoglobin meter—we’re happy to clarify for you.

If you use an expired strip, the meter may not recognize it (so you can’t measure) or give wrong results. But no need to worry:

All our test strips are from fresh batches.
Unopened strips have a 2-year shelf life.
We also sell individual strips separately, so you won’t have to deal with expired ones.

As for accuracy: Our home hemoglobin meter is an upgraded version. It has CE certification, is recognized by many medical institutions, and its accuracy is as high as 98.5%. It’s perfect for home use or taking with you when you go out—you can measure anytime, no need for frequent hospital visits.

How accurate is this meter?

When used correctly, the meter is designed to provide readings that closely align with the reference laboratory method. Small differences can occur because of sample collection, sample volume, timing, and normal variation between testing methods. For the most reliable results, carefully follow the video instructions and use the required blood sample volume.

The product is manufactured under an ISO 13485-certified quality management system to support consistent quality and performance.

Why is my reading coming out lower?

If your reading seems lower than expected, the most common reason is that the blood sample was too small. Please fill the Capillary Transfer Tube until the blood reaches the black line at the top.
