Never. At Medasia, the price you see is the price you pay. We’re committed to utmost transparency, so you never have to deal with hidden fees or extra costs.
Do the meter come with warranty ?
Yes, Shelf life for test analyzer: 3 Years
(Shelf life for test analyzer with built-in lithium battery: 2 Years)
Shelf life for electrochemical test strip: 24 Months
Shelf life for dry chemistry test strip: 12 Months
what should i do if i see an error message on my meter?
Not to worry! We made a simple video on how to solve the errors you see on the Meter.Watch our troubleshooting video below, on YouTube, or contact our customer support via chat, call, or email.
What Do I Need to Do to Prepare for the Test?
It is not necessary to fast or adjust your diet or lifestyle in any way prior to testing. We also do not recommend discontinuing any medication without contacting your physician first.
How to place an order & how to enter a discount code?
