Have yet to receive the order!!! When Medasia was notified of the inordinate delivery delay, I, the customer was made to feel like it was my responsibility to trace down the transport problem, though you charged my card for the purchase. It's the online merchants responsibility to insure the order reaches the customer! As I have not received the product in a reasonable and timely fashion, I hate that I don't have a negative star choice for this review. Will never deal with Medasia again. Oh, and will pursue other avenues to recover my money!
Sorry I've been remiss in responding to Medasia's request that I update my initial review. They did resend another order which arrived in a timely fashion. What I discovered was the original shipment label did not carry the state in the U.S. to which the order was sent. It bounced around post offices in a state nearly a thousand miles from me for what seems like forever. Whose fault that was is of no moment. When notified of the extensive delay situation, I feel that Medasia should have taken more aggressive action, which should have included what they eventually did--send the paid-for product again through a different and and more expedited means. Amazon would have likely done that. That's why this update is middling.
