REINHARDHey ladies, I hope all of you guys are doing good. PLEASE don't give up, we tend to beat ourselves up for no reasons sometimes. My hemo was a 10.8 on December 20th!!! Within that time frame, I had to get it together. I took my supplements, ate the food I was supposed to eat & told myself that my hemo was going to be nothing over a 12 come January 1! It's a mind thing, don't stress yourself.
KATLYNKNOWLEDGE IS POWER! Please ladies...the same things you did to get your Hemo to rise, is what you continue to do after surgery! You experience an expected drop of 2 to 3gr/dl, with a post surgical drift lower, then the body works to rebuild. It can take up to a month. Do NOT take your post op hemo building lightly!
