Small differences can occur because of sample collection, sample volume, timing, and normal variation between testing methods. For the most reliable results, carefully follow the video instructions and use the required blood sample volume.

If your reading seems lower than expected, the most common reason is that the blood sample was too small. Please fill the Capillary Transfer Tube until the blood reaches the black line at the top.
